Privacy Policy

All My Pets ("we") runs the All My Pets website, iPhone app, and the All My Pets connection for AI apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• What you add about your pets: profiles, photos, notes, health records, medications, vaccinations, weights, reminders, care instructions, documents, and veterinarian details.
• Household information: the people you invite, their roles, and guest links you create.
• Device and usage information: sign-in sessions, IP address, browser or device type, and push notification tokens if you turn notifications on.
• Feedback you send us.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How we use it

• To run All My Pets: store your records and show them to you.
• To share records with the household members, guests, and vets you choose.
• To send the reminders and notifications you set up.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
• To fix problems and improve the service.

Services that process data for us

We use a small number of providers to run All My Pets. They handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare, for hosting and file storage (photos, documents).
• A managed database provider, to store your account and records.
• Resend, to send email such as household invites.
• Expo, Apple, Google, and your browser's push service, to deliver notifications.
• OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, only when you use a feature that generates an AI report about your pet. The pet records that report needs are sent to produce it.

AI apps you connect

You can connect an AI app, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your account. You choose what it can read or change when you connect it, and you can disconnect it any time in Settings › Integrations. Once an AI app reads your information, its own privacy policy covers what it does with it.

Sharing

Your records are visible to you and to the people you share them with: household members, guests, and anyone you send a share link to. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while your account is open. You can edit or delete records at any time. Closing your account (Settings on the web) deactivates it right away. To have your account and information deleted, ask us through Send Feedback and we'll delete it, except what we must keep for legal or security reasons. Records that belong to a household you shared stay with that household.

Your choices

• See and correct your information in the app.
• Turn notifications off in Settings.
• Disconnect AI apps in Settings › Integrations.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or to delete it, through Send Feedback in Settings.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access keys, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

Children

All My Pets isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
