Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and All My Pets ("we") for using the All My Pets website, iPhone app, and the All My Pets connection for AI apps (together, "All My Pets"). By using All My Pets, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use All My Pets.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account, including by people you invite and AI apps you connect.
• Give accurate information when you sign up.

Your content

You own what you add: your pets' records, photos, notes, and documents. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only to run All My Pets for you and the people you share it with. You're responsible for having the right to add what you upload.

Sharing and households

When you invite someone to a household, give a guest access, or send a share link, they can see (and, depending on their role, change) the records you share. Records that belong to a household stay with that household if you leave it.

AI apps and AI features

You can connect AI apps, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and choose what they can read or change. Those apps are run by other companies under their own terms; we aren't responsible for what they do. Some features generate AI reports about your pet. AI output can be wrong, so check anything important.

Not veterinary advice

All My Pets helps you keep track of your pets' care. It doesn't give veterinary advice and isn't a substitute for a veterinarian. Reminders can be late or missed, so don't rely on them alone for urgent care. In an emergency, contact a vet right away.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law or violate others' rights using All My Pets;
• access accounts or data that aren't yours;
• disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or overload it with automated requests;
• upload malware or content that's abusive or illegal.

Changes and ending service

We're improving All My Pets and may change or remove features. You can stop using it and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut All My Pets down, we'll give you notice and a way to get your records out first.

Disclaimers

All My Pets is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of All My Pets. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use All My Pets after a change means you accept it.
